Second stage of Oeiras Parque:
During 2002 the Mundicenter Group acquired the land required
to enlarge Oeiras parque, which will involve an aboveground
construction area of 8,000 m2, which should provide a gross
leasable area of about 5,000 m2. The Oeiras Town Council is
reviewing the plans.
